WytcheHaven is excited to welcome author Dorothy Morrison for her first Weekend at Pyrth Annwn!

Dubbed by Publishers Weekly as "a witch to watch," Dorothy Morrison is the award-winning author of numerous non-fiction books on the Ancient Arts, including Everyday Magic, The Craft, and Utterly Wicked, as well as the author of Lucinda's Web, a paranormal suspense thriller. She's won several awards for her writing, and has become a favorite of readers and critics from all walks of life. Some say it's because of the easily appreciated conversational tone she applies to her work. Others say it's her down-to-earth and humorous approach to the subject matter. But regardless of the debate, all agree on one thing: Whether in her writing or her interaction with the public, it's Morrison's personal style that makes her memorable. And it's that same sort of charm and grace that has some folks calling her "The Julia Sugarbaker of Paganism."
A practicing Witch since the early seventies, Morrison is an elder of the Georgian Tradition of Wicca, an initiate of the RavenMyst Circle Tradition, and a member of the Coven of the Raven in Flint, Michigan.
Morrison currently lives near the nation's capitol with her husband, Mark, and their black lab, Dixie. She handles a voracious tour schedule, and travels the country giving lectures and teaching classes related to the Craft, its aspects, and its practice.

Come meet, share & learn with your fellow Weekenders at our many workshops and rituals. Explore the forests of Pyrth Annwn and connect with the water sprites at the Strawberry River, attend a variety of classes and workshops OR, just relax with your fellow pagans in a shaded grove, and browse the many vendors shops on Artisan's Alley. Get caffeinated each morning at the Wytche's Brew, where complimentary coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate and more will be available to festival goers. Share ritual with us every evening, as we blend our energies into the building of our community & come dance the main fire and celebrate pagan magick with the gods and goddesses.
Vendors are welcome, and will not be charged any additional fees. We just request that in lieu of a fee, each vendor donate two items of their choice to the Weekend Raffle. Any vendor questions should be addressed to Wytchehaven@earthlink.net. Vendors are also welcome to come in on Thursday to pre-set their wares.
